Scope of work
Furnish and install non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, and shaft wall at elevator and mechanical shafts, taped and finished to Level 4 per Section 09 21 16. Sound attenuation batts at all partitions noted on A-601. In-wall blocking for casework and wall-mounted equipment per A-501 details. Fire caulking at head-of-wall joints per UL details.
