We used Cosential by Unanet as our CRM for a few years before switching to Buildr. The biggest improvements were the intuitiveness, visibility, and the ease-of-collaboration.

Before Buildr, I was the only person at our company using our CRM. On a weekly basis, I’d be extracting data out to share in meetings. Now, we have our entire executive and preconstruction teams in Buildr — it’s a living document that stays updated at all times that everyone has pulled up in meetings.

On the workforce side, we didn’t have visibility into when teams were becoming available as new jobs were starting. Buildr's workforce management now allows me to filter through opportunities and determine which will make the most sense for different sections of our pipeline.

Our CFO can check win probabilities and forecasting metrics. Our estimators can pass messages back and forth in the activity log as they hear about projects. Once a project approaches higher win probability and project executives and operations start to get involved, they can easily pull up project information and shoot around any questions.
