## Skills

- [Bid Leveling](https://buildr.com/skills/bid-leveling.md): Level sub bids on bid day. Sub quotes in as they arrive, one spreadsheet out with every scope gap, a plug for each, and who is really low.

- [Proposal Builder](https://buildr.com/skills/proposal-builder.md): Answer the RFP, compliance first. Every requirement mapped to where you answer it, page limits and forms checked, and a polished PDF built from your own library.

- [RFP Intake](https://buildr.com/skills/rfp-intake.md): Prep the go/no-go meeting. Check the must-pass gates, score the opportunity on your criteria, and get a cited brief with dates, addenda changes, risks, and questions.

- [Workforce Planning](https://buildr.com/skills/workforce-planning.md): Prep the staffing meeting. See who's overloaded, which jobs have empty seats, who rolls off when, and what changes if you win the pursuits you're chasing.

## Add a skill to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

Each skill page links its download: the skill folder as one zip, which every app accepts.

### Claude

1. Download the skill's zip from its page.
2. In Claude, open Customize, then Skills.
3. Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill, and choose the zip. Keep it zipped.
4. Make sure the skill is switched on.
5. Start a chat, attach your files and ask in your own words.

Works on every Claude plan. Code execution must be on (Settings, then Capabilities). On Team and Enterprise plans an owner may need to allow skills, and can add one for the whole team.

### ChatGPT

1. Download the skill's zip from its page.
2. In ChatGPT, click Plugins in the sidebar, then the Skills tab.
3. Click Create, then Upload from your computer, and choose the zip.
4. Wait for ChatGPT to finish checking the skill.
5. Switch to Work, type @ and pick the skill, then attach your files and ask.

Needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu. If you don't see Skills or the upload option, ask your workspace admin to turn on skill uploads.

### Microsoft Copilot

1. Download the skill's zip from its page.
2. Open Microsoft 365 Copilot and select Agents & Skills, then New agent.
3. On the Configure tab, open Skills, select Add and upload the zip.
4. Check that Create documents, charts, and code is on.
5. Try it on the Try it tab, then save the agent and use it.

Needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and your IT admin must turn on Microsoft's Frontier program. Microsoft lists custom skills as a preview.
